1. The instrument should be placed in a clean and dry room (room temperature 20 ℃± 5 ℃, humidity lower than 60%) to avoid surface damage of optical parts, rust of metal parts, dust and debris falling into the moving rail, which affects the performance of the instrument.

2. After using the surveying and mapping instrument, the working surface should be wiped clean at any time, and then covered with a dust cover.

3. The transmission mechanism and movement guide rail of the surveying and mapping instrument should be regularly lubricated to ensure smooth movement of the mechanism and maintain a good state of use.

4. If the glass and paint surfaces of the workbench are dirty, they can be wiped clean with a neutral detergent and clean water. Never use organic solvents to wipe the paint surface, otherwise, the paint surface will lose its luster.

5. The LED light source of the surveying and mapping instrument has a long service life, but when a light bulb burns out, please notify the manufacturer and have a professional replace it for you.

6. Precision components of the surveying and mapping instrument, such as the imaging system, workbench, optical ruler, and Z-axis transmission mechanism, require precise adjustment. All adjustment screws and fastening screws have been fixed. Customers should not disassemble them by themselves. If there are any problems, please notify the manufacturer to resolve them.

7. The software has accurately compensated for the error between the workbench and the optical ruler. Please do not change it yourself. Otherwise, incorrect measurement results may be generated.

8. Generally, all electrical connectors of the instrument should not be unplugged. If they have been unplugged, they must be correctly inserted according to the markings and screws tightened. Incorrect plugging can affect the function of the instrument, or damage the system.
