The level tube of a level gauge is made of glass. The inner wall of the level tube is a curved surface with a radius of curvature. The tube contains liquid. When the level gauge is tilted, the bubbles in the level tube move towards the raised end of the level gauge, thereby determining the position of the horizontal plane. The larger the radius of curvature of the inner wall of the level pipe, the higher the resolution. The smaller the radius of curvature, the lower the resolution. Therefore, the radius of curvature of the level pipe determines the accuracy of the level.

The level gauge is mainly used to inspect the flatness, straightness, perpendicularity, and horizontal position of various machine tools and workpieces, as well as the installation of equipment. Especially when measuring perpendicularity, the magnetic level can be attached to the vertical working surface without manual support, reducing labor intensity, and avoiding measurement errors caused by human body heat radiation.

A rectangular structure with a bottom and side length of 2000 mm and a precision of (0.02-0.025) mm/m. If the user has special requirements, it can be customized separately. The zero adjustment structure of the level meter has special features compared to the conventional structure: 1. It is easy to zero. After adjustment, the zero position is not easily changed. As shown in Figure 1 "Working Principle of Level Gauge". When the V-shaped groove surface at the bottom of the level meter rotates around the mandrel for 5 seconds, if the bubbles move, the requirements can be met by adjusting the screw 2. This item has been adjusted at the factory and generally remains unchanged.

The structure of the level varies depending on the classification. The frame type level is generally composed of the main body of the level, the horizontal level, the insulated handle, the main level, the cover plate, and the zero adjustment device. The ruler level is generally composed of parts such as the main body of the level, the cover plate, the main level, and the zero adjustment device.

A level gauge is a measuring tool that uses a level as a measuring and reading element. The level is a sealed glass tube with a longitudinal section of the inner surface as an arc surface with a radius of curvature. The glass tube of the level contains liquids with a low viscosity coefficient, such as alcohol, ether, and mixtures thereof. The part without liquid is often referred to as a level bubble. There is a relationship between the radius of curvature of the longitudinal section of the inner surface of the glass tube and the graduation value, and the inclination of the measured plane can be measured based on this relationship.
